Refund policy

Terms & Conditions
•⁠  ⁠Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to inspection and approval by the company.
•⁠  ⁠The original invoice must be presented for all return or exchange requests.
•⁠  ⁠Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, certificates, and tags intact.
•⁠  ⁠Customized, engraved, resized, altered, or special-order jewelry items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
•⁠  ⁠Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
•⁠  ⁠Refunds, where approved, will be processed using the original method of payment or as a credit note at the company’s discretion and in accordance with UAE consumer protection regulations.
*  Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the item.
*  Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs is not covered under this return policy.
•⁠  ⁠Ghada Al Fardan Jewellery L.L.C. S.P.C. reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
•⁠  ⁠Store Credit Note will be issued under the name of the original purchaser, valid for 12 months.
•⁠  ⁠Gift items can only be returned with a credit note under the name of the original purchaser, valid for 12 months.
•⁠  ⁠Exchanges are subject to one attempt only, then sales are considered final.
